A qualified
Valuation Surveyor with over 25 years experience. He has a BA (Land
Economics) degree and a Masters degree in Housing Administration both from
the University of Nairobi, Kenya. A full member of various institutions.
He has enormous experience in large portfolio valuation exercises in
Botswana, South Africa and East Africa.
He has hands-on experience
in property management, marketing and design audits which he has
handled for many banks, trust companies, building societies and other
lending institutions as well as being regularly recommended to clients by
legal and financial advisers.

worked for Department of Lands during vacations. Joined Roscoe Bonna
Valuers in July 1999 and is now involved in valuation of all properties
and inspections.
He
is in charge of valuation of residential properties and inspection
for the Building Society. Notable experience includes
multi-valuations for University of Botswana, Selebi Phikwe Town
Council and Botswana Meat Commission (BMC) staff properties.

Graduated from the University of Nairobi in Land
Economics in 1993 and has Post Graduate diploma in Construction
Management. He has experience in Kenya and Botswana for the past
eight years dealing with valuation, selling and letting of both
residential and commercial properties. He manages the Maun office
on a franchisee basis. |

graduate of the Copperbelt University, Zambia with BSc Land
Economy Degree. He joined Roscoe Bonna Valuers in March, 2 004. He
is a full member of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana (REIB).
He
is involved in property valuation and management of all
properties. He was responsible for managing the Gaborone Private
Hospital Complex for over two years. |

A graduate
of Manchester University in Computer Science and MBA from University
of Southern Queensland in Australia, a Microsoft Certified Systems
Engineer (MCSE), she is responsible for data management and IT
backups.
She is
involved in core surveys for various institutions relating to
housing and poverty alleviation as well. She has consulted for the
World bank on CWIQ data collection and management. |
